PROPERTY OVERVIEW
This modern yet traditional 4 bedroom 3 bath Greek villa with private swimming pool is surrounded by ancient olive and fruit trees and is located on the outskirts of the charming village of Kokkino Chorio, overlooking Souda Bay and the White Mountains.
AMENITIES
The villa comes fully furnished. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, wi-fi, and air-conditioning in all 4 bedrooms, Traditional wood beam ceilings and locally produced hand-blown lamps from The Glass Factory are seen throughout the villa. All cotton bedding and towels are provided.Outside is patio BBQ cooking area, outdoor dining area, and lighted pool.
The ground floor includes the front entrance, living room, kitchen, a bedroom (queen bed) and full bath. Entire ground floor, outdoor patios and pool have no steps for accessibility. The second level has 3 additional bedrooms and 2 baths (includes master bedroom with own bath). Two bedrooms face Souda Bay and have patio access. The remaining bedroom has a view of the orchards, vineyards and mountains.
The sliding glass doors in the living room opens to the outside patio dining area. Just beyond is the pool, also accessible by a flight of stairs from the 2nd floor balcony. Extending around the side of the villa, a second patio with outdoor kitchen has an outside sitting area with marble counter top & sink for cleaning fish and meat, Also a rotisserie BBQ, and gas burner, for the cooking enthusiast. The stone wall remains from long ago surrounding the property. Lights and seating have been added to appreciate the history.

LOCATION
Located in Kokkino Chorio, overlooking Souda Bay and the White Mountains. About 30 kilometers east of Chania, Kokkino Chorio is about 2 hours drive from Heraklion.
Between the historic destination cities of Chania and Rethymno, Villa Francis has easy access to much of what Crete has to offer. Nearby are beautiful beaches, famous local olive groves and wineries, and enchanting villages.
